Changed my sky plus box recently but paid channels not displayed now

I recently changed my sky plus box but my paid channels are not coming up , it is saying that my request was successful and my channels will be available shortly but this is still not working ,

how do i repair my sky card with the new box ?

@Niall28 assuming this is a replacement Sky+ box, the forum you've posted in, you can no longer pair your Viewing Card with it. That's why you get the upgrade message on subscription channels.

Sky withdrew the ability to pair your Viewing Card with any box other than the one in use in October last year. The pairing success message is spurious, I'm afraid.

Sky+ viewing cards are locked to the box they were in at end of October 2024, you CANNOT pair them to any other box!

Please Note: Sky+ is now a legacy/obsolete service that Sky are replacing with their newer services: Sky Glass, Sky Stream and Sky Q (Satellite TV is approaching end of life so is not a long term solution)

A viewing card from a Sky+ box will no longer work in a replacement box so your only option is to upgrade to the likes of Sky Q, Glass or Stream.

Try and get a refund for the replacement box as it's basically a cumbersome door stop.
