Cant view my subscriptions

I'm subscribed to sports ect but just turned on to watch and it says I need to upgrade my subscription when I don't

You could try carrying out a New Install if your Sky box is connected to the internet. It will re-pair your Viewing Card and hopefully update the viewing privileges it contains.
