Cant download on my sky + box

I spoke to a sky advisor and she told me to clear the deleted programs which I did but it still won't download. I have 3 broadband which runs Netflix and amozon prime no bother,

What is happening when you try to download as you haven't said ?

It comes on the planner as download failed, I've tried different programs and trying to download in SD.

Have you tried a planner rebuild:


Press Services on your remote

Select Help

Select Sky+ Rebuild


This should take no longer than 10 minutes, don't do it if you are recording or due to start recording something.

Is that cellular broadband (3/4/5G) ?

Download issues with cellular broadband are fairly regularly posted about in this forum, and unfortunately there don't seem to be any particularly good fixes apart from trying different DNS settings.

I've had this issue for months I'm afraid your banging your head against a brick wall as there seems no end game! I've asked here I've contacted Sky direct you go through everything suggested but it just doesn't work, if you ever find a solution please let me know.

Different issue, I suspect, unless you're using a cellular connection too, rather than broadband.
