Cannot add Sports Extra to my account

Hi,

I 'my based in Ireland and have an old Sky HD box with a Sky Sports sub. I've been trying to add the Sports Extra package for TNT Sports but can't seem to do so. In the past, you could do it from your TV (red button or Services screen) but now it seems to be online only. I navigated to this page (https://www.sky.com/ie/tv/sports-extra) and it shows 2 discounted offers. I picked the 2nd one as I don't want a new 12 month contract. It then takes me to a screen showing my current package but no way to add Sports Extra as its not listed as something I can add on. Any ideas how to proceed?

I think the only way to do this would be to call Sky Ireland or see if you can contact them via social media as there are links to their sites at the bottom of this page.
