As we are customers here then you can not cancel via here.
You need to contact Sky and give them 31 days notice to cancel it, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom of the page on the above link.
Do note if you do cancel you will not be able to reinstate your Sky+ service at a later date as you will have to upgrade to something like Sky Q.
