Can't watch TNT Sports

I subscribe to TNT Sports through BT & watch on Sky. Tonight I tried to watch TNT Sports but it said satellite not getting

a signal, but all Sky Sports channels were working

Most likely a dish alignment issue. Unfortunately Sky no longer provide engineer support for Sky+ customers,  so you'll need to engage a local, satellite installer to take a look. Or upgrade to Sky Q.

TNT Sports channels do seem to be among the first to be affected by a slight dish misalignment (presumably they're on the edge of the frequencies - or something slightly more technical).  So, as Mark says, your only real options are getting an independent local satellite engineer out or speaking to Sky about switching to Sky Q (or Sky Stream).
