Can't watch BBC2,BBC3, BBC4 & Film4+1

I can access all of my sky channels I am subscribed to, but can't get the majority of the regular channels.

Get BBC1, but not 2,3 &4

Signal strength is OK. I found that I can view BBC2 NI 969,  but not BBC2 102

That contradicts your report of an OK signal above, are you sure you tuned to an affected channel before checking the signal & quality
