Can’t record movies from Sky Store today

Trying to download The Woman King and also Aftersun but received this message:

 

'You cannot record this programme. Please go to skyviewinghelp.com for assistance'

 

I've tried that but still no resolution.

  • Turn off your router at the mains
  • Turn off your Sky box at the mains
  • Turn on your router and wait for it to full start up
  • Turn on your sky box
  • Try downloading again
