Can’t receive Sky News but do get other Sky Channels.

Since two days now it's not possible to get Sky News. It comes up with "Find out how to upgrade your subscription message ".

i can other Sky channels and Sport just fine!

whats going on and how do I fix it?

Is it possible you are trying to watch the SKY News channel in HD without having the HD add on
