Can’t pair my sky viewing card to the Sky + box

We were suppose to get sky q but we changed our minds we had issues with the tv point in the house got it sorted but now it's telling me to I need to pair my sky card to the sky box which card should I be using the new 1 that was sent for the sky q or the old 1

i have done all suggested on the internet but it's not working ?? Can anyone help me

Use the new one, the old one will be cancelled sometime soon

Try performing a New Install to pair the card
