Can’t get red button on sky sport plus

Can't get red button on sky sports plus. I want to watch a match that is not the main match.

Please Note: Sky+ is now a legacy/obsolete service that Sky are replacing with their newer services: Sky Glass, Sky Stream and Sky Q (Satellite TV is approaching end of life so is not a long term solution)

 

Sky Plus customers need to use the Sky Sports app on a mobile device as the box cannot run any apps

Sky+ customers cannot receive red button games. Customers with Sky+ (with the full sports subscription) will receive the Sky Sports+ Channel (now channel 404), but will not have access to the live streams as Sky+ is not compatible with the Sky Sports App.

You can also use the Sky Go app @BDTBL1 to access these red button games.
