I have Sky Signature, Sky Go and I'm a Sky VIP and can watch Channel 5 , Sky Atlantic and Witness and record from them but I can't get any of them on Catch Up. It tells me I have to upgrade my package. I have a Samsung smart tv. My sky box is connected to internet. No problem with anything but this. I don't want to pay for Sky HD of I can help it.

Change your default download settings to SD (Settings pr Options menu?) or be sure to select the SD version of these channels to download.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@karennewcastle11 Your TV in this scenario is irrelevant as it has no bearing in your Sky Box, it sounds like your trying to download HD contents when you only have a SD sub. You need toi ensure you download SD content.
Do you have Sky+ or Sky Q?

Thank you both so much for your answers. I didn't realise I should change my download setting. That has worked. I'm happy now!

Mine is doing the same even tho I have changed it to SD but still not working.
