Can't download anything

I can't download anything. An error message appears advising to update my subscription?

Has this just started to happen or have you put in an order to upgrade to Sky Q or Sky Glass ?

 

Can you download anything from Catchup or do you see the same message ?

Tv says do not have sky+ entitlement but we do. Can't record anything
