Can’t connect Sky+ box to new router

We have recently had a new router installed in the house. I can't get the Sky+ box to connect to it via Wifi. The box still works when connected to the old router BT router which is about to be removed.

If you have a new BT router check that "Smart" mode is turned off, you could also changer the new routers SSID to match that of the old router

How have you tried to connect the new router to the Sky box?

WPS button or resetting SSID/passcode?
