I cannot get multiple games on channel 412. I pay for Sky sports. What do I do to get more matches? Tried red button to no effect.

As a Sky+'customer you are limited to be extra match on channel 412. To be able to see the multiple games via the red button you would need to either use the Sky Sports app on a tablet or phone or upgrade to Sky Q, Glass or Stream.
