Can I get a replacement Sky plus HD remote control from Sky? Mine has stopped working.

My Sky plus HD remote's main keys have stopped working. Tried everything, batteries fine, rubbing buttons doesn't work. It's very frustrating. Can someone give me a definitive answer if I can get a free replacement one - if so who do I contact?, or, if not can I buy a replacement direct from Sky - if so, can I have the link please? If neither of those, can anyone suggest the best place to buy a genuine one?

Hve you taken the remote apart and cleaned it? See my FAQ for instructions

Remotes are consumable and you need to purchase your own replacement from an online store or Highstreet store (ie ASDA, Tesco, Argos etc...)

Don't think Sky give out free Sky+ remotes to anyone.
