Presumably you mean upgrade from Sky+ to Sky Q. If you received a letter about this there should be a dedicated phone number on there to call, otherwise you can call free by dialling 150 from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky Mobile, otherwise you can use:

UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.

You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up.

If new Sky+HD boxes aren't still being manufactured, is there anywhere to buy refurbished ones? My (admittedly elderly) Sky box  keeps freezing and won't respond to the remote (which is a new one with new batteries) so I have to keep switching it off at the wall and rebooting it. Very annoying if you have to do it several times a day.

I don't want to switch to Sky Q and when I originally looked in to getting Sky Stream, I was told I already had it - now when I look in to it, I'm taken to the Irish version of Sky with all prices in Euros.

You can buy used Sky+HD boxes from ebay for around £30. Refurbished boxes (fitted with a new hard drive) are harder to find. Try googling.
