Can I get Premier sports on sky sport plus?

I've read online that if I have Sky Sports plus then Premier Sport is included. how Do I access it please

You have read incorrectly as Premier Sports  is not included in any Sky Sports package so you can subscribe to it via their website:

Are you in Ireland? Some of the Sports packages are different in Ireland.

I suspect that's just rather poorly worded advertising copy: TNT Sports and Premier Sports can be 'all in one place' on Sky Q, Sky Glass and Sky Stream (but not Sky+ HD) if you add the two extra subscriptions...

You could take the card out and read the number on it but I'd be surprised if that was different from the one displayed.

I also wonder how Premier Sports think it's an incorrect number.
