Sky+ is no longer supported by Sky as it is now a legacy product. Give them a ring and explain the situation. You'll probably have to switch to Sky Q or Sky Stream if you want to continue being a Sky subscriber.

It's not burnt, See Q25 of my Sky Plus FAQ (link in my forum signature below)
