Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Pete0103 You'll need to speak to sky directly and order a replacement but in doing so Sky will immediately send a kill signal to the existing card meaning you may be without viewing for a few days if the existing card is working at all

Contact Sky using the number here (See the "Need more help?" dropdown near the bottom of the page) and they will send out a replaceent card, you can use Sky Go whilst you wait
