Broken sky viewing card

My sky viewing card is broken how do i go about getting a new one

Explain "broken"?

Sky support for Sky+HD and earlier systems has ended, you can still get support if you already have Sky Protect insurance otherwise you'll have to find your own 3rd party company to get support from at your own expense

@Pete0103  You'll need to speak to sky directly and order a replacement but in doing so Sky will immediately send a kill signal to the existing card meaning you may be without viewing for a few days if the existing card is working at all

Contact Sky using the number here (See the "Need more help?" dropdown near the bottom of the page)  and they will send out a replaceent card, you can use Sky Go whilst you wait

 

Note: Make sure you have the correct country flag selected in the bottom-right of the page
