Box sets

Are all box sets free with sky signature? I ask because some searches give results with a price or Press green to view which I dare not do in case I get charged

All box sets in standard definition are included with the Signature package. You need the extra HD add-on to watch box sets in HD.

Edited to add: pressing Green will take you to an upgrade screen.

Hi I have hd it's wether I get billed for a set by pressing green to view that concerns me as the box set is in sky store I thought al box sets were included with sky signature apart from movies?

I edited my post, perhaps after you read it 🙂 The Green button will take you to an upgrade screen, but if you have the HD add-on already, something may have gone wrong.

You can check by going to channel 106. If the on screen graphic says Sky One HD, give Sky a ring to let them know you can't see box sets in HD. They may need to send a signal to update your Viewing Card.

That makes sense but obviously sometimes those box sets in sky store aren't available in the normal  box sets section which prevents you from seeing all seasons together which is a shame. Thanks for answering.
