I have been recording Game of Thrones. Recently a message has come up saying that I need to upgrade my subscription. On the 29th January 2025 I made some changes due to a call from Sky thanking me for my twenty odd years support. At no point did it mention reducing the access I currently have.

Recording or Downloading?
Did the changes you agreed to include switching to Sky Q?
