BT Sport not showing in searches

Until recently all upcoming games, in any sport on BT Sport channels could be found using the search facility at the top of the home page, all that shows now in the drop down are fixtures from the archives and the result of the search is "No matches found" yet there plenty in the TV guide

Can anybody please offer a reason or even better a solution to this problem.

The day after posting the original discussion I moved my box to my holiday home which doesn't have internet and to my surprise I was able to get a result for a search. Unfortunately the result of the search didn't include the "live" matches, only the highlight version of them. To find the "live" matches the search term needs to specify "live" with the results not including the highlight programs.

It's weird how this happened just one day after posting.

I will update the post when the box is connected to the internet again.
