Hi, We are talking about catch up for BBC the only programmes available are today's.
So there's clearly a glitch behind the BBC Catch Up Tile (I've reported it to Sky), but the programmes are there and available to Download, you just have to Search for them until it's fixed.

Odd, though, that downloads of Eastenders would work OK, znd other progra,,es not. Seems unlikely that a blanket ban by the BBC has been put in place.
We can only assume other shows aren't working but no-one has yet been willing to say what they're trying to download. It may be that the programme, whatever it is, is available when manually searched for.

Content can be found by searching as I mentioned this a week ago, for me this is quicker than going through the menus to locate the content.

I agree,certain programmes can be searched for,what the gripe is,is that If you go to a certain day on catch up,there is no programmes there,yet itv,channel 4 and 5 are there,why not bbc1 or 2,that is the crux of our problem.
Content can be found by searching as I mentioned this a week ago, for me this is quicker than going through the menus to locate the content.
I agree, I never use the Catch Up Tile which is why I didn't fully understand what the issue was. It's far quicker and easier to use Search when wanting to Download anything.

As asked before, what programs can not be found as still nobody has given an example ?

The point we are trying to make is not about certain programmes,it is about the service not being available,I get your point about searching for them,my point is why is the service not working now when it has been previously,ie go to catch up and try and find for example bbc1 or 2 in yesterdays listings,they do not appear! Yes if you search you will get most programmes but not all.

It doesn't sound like the BBC are actively blocking catchup programmes, then, as previously suggested. Nor is it impossible to download them, albeit you have to find them by searching rather than via a listing. If you have specific examples of programmes you can't find this way, you could raise them with the Viewer Relations team.

I have had 4 e mails off sky over the weekend,they are aware of the problem and have said to me that it should all be sorted by tomorrow,let's wait and see.
