Anyone else unable to watch episode 1 of Fred West: The Glasgow Girls?

Fred West. Episode 1: Rena... So, however many times I try, Sky won't show Episode One. (Just continually plays an advert telling us how he was known as 'the Mr. Whippy Man' and then jumps to Episode 2)... Call me old fashioned, but I kind of like to start programs from the start. Any ideas as I'm losing the will to live here and really wishing I hadn't subscribed to this awful service 😩
