In July I thought my Sky account was fully cancelled and I returned all the equipment in prepaid packaging. Since then found out that had not cancelled tv. This has now been done. You are now asking for equipment to be returned but I cannot do as you have it already. I do not want to incur additional charges. Please can you confirm that I will stop receiving reminders and confirm that all equipment was already returned. Thank you. Aileen Boulton

I’m afraid this is a customer helps customer forum and you’re not addressing Sky Customer Services. Sky won’t automatically contact you as a result of your post. You've posted on the Sky+ board. Sky+ boxes don't need to be returned as they weren't loaned to you. What did you return and have you retained your proof of posting?
