All we can get on the tv is freesat not programmed

My husband used the TV remote instead of the sky remote this morning and we can't get any channels since

Have you changed the input source, I wonder? Try pressing the input/source/av button on your TV remote until your Sky box display appears (make sure the box is not in standby, of course!)
