All my channels are working apart from ITV (channel 103).

All my channels are working apart from ITV (channel 103). Also the recordings that are set to record on HD channels don't seem to record either.

What's the error message when you tune to ch103? And if you highlight a Failed recording in your Planner, and press i on your remote what failure reason is shown on screen?

Hello mate....thanks for getting back to me. 

I managed to speak to someone at Sky and they did some test and apparently it's the card that's faulty so they're sending an engineer out in two weeks.
