All my Sky+ recordings are now showing as "Failed" Any ideas?

I cannot upgrade to SkyQ, so am stuck with Sky+, and as of yesterday the programmes I set the box to record have shown as "Failed". Any currently showing programmes will also show as "Failed" when I try to set it to record as a test.
