None of the Sky channels are showing a Invalid viewing card . Even though I have never touched this card all the time I have has this box, I also cannot watch any of my saved Sky programmes . I am on a Signsture subscription and this has happened overnight, I am at a loss as how I am still able to view BBC channels and many other channels, but not SKY?
Any advice?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWhen you order Sky Q, your Sky+ Viewing Card is scheduled for deactivation at some point in the future. Unfortunately that process isn't reversed if you subsequently cancel.
I suspect that's the reason why you're seeing this error now. To correct it, you'll need a replacement Card from Sky.

I, too, have the same problem, but have a received a Sky Q replacement card. Will this card work in the Sky + box? I also notice that in my account my viewing card number is now the same as the new Sky Q card .

I now think all my problems are because Sky have deactivated my viewing card this is common if, as I did you cancel an equipment upgrade, aI decided not to upgrade to Sky Q about six months ago and Sky have remotely deactivated my viewing card. Of course they lied and told me that it was because my equipment was faulty which I didn't believe because only the Sky channels were affected, all the others are available. My fight continues!

I believe all the viewing cards fit all of the equipment they don't appear to be different for Sky Q or Sky +

Yes as stated above, you need to use this viewing card you have been sent.
