A certain program failing to record

Hi, 

My daughter loves My Little Pony so I upgraded to Sky Kids but every time I try to record it (it's on a channel called TinyPop) it fails. Other programs on the same channel record fine and programs on other channels record fine too.

I also can't find the channel in the Sky Kids section that lists programs for under 5s etc.

Has anyone found the same or similar problem?

What is the error given (in the synopsis area when you press the i button)?

Hi, thanks for your reply. I didn't even realise you could check! I have just looked and it says power cut, we didn't have one but it's made me realise my partner turns off the sky box at night so presumably it can't record anything during the night when the program is on! Seems so obvious now! Thanks again

The Sky box is made to be left connected to the mains power 24/7, you just put the box into standby (orange LED) that way it will record at anytime of the day/night

Also note that Tiny Pop is free channel. You don't need a Sky Kids subscription to watch or record it. Sky Kids only provides the Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network channels and some on demand content.
