1 channel recording in stead of 2

During a fault find I was asked , by a Sky rep, to change to input channels to 1, which I dis.  Since thenI can only record the channel being watched.  Ican no longer find the hidden menu to change this back to 2 channels.  Can anyone help?

Key Services,0,0,1,Select on your remote to get to the Installer Menu. You'll find here the Single Feed Mode setting. Toggle it to Off.
