I haven't been able to load my sky vip app for a few days now. I don't owe a bill payment. Anyone else had this trouble lately?
Try deleting it and then downloading again that should hopefully solve the issue

I have uninstalled & then reinstalled but unfortunately, it didn't solve it. Thank you though
Try uninstalling the app, clearing the cache etc then switch off the phone. Then after restarting the phone try again to download. You might get more help from others if you tells us which device you are using.

I'm also having this problem.
Uninstalling, restarting, clearing caches and data doesn't help. I'm on a Galaxy Note 9. It just say "Oops! We couldn't load this content"
Been happening for at least a week now for me, and quite possibly longer.

You haven't said what you have tried @cerealwarrior, so did you clear the cache and then delete ethe app and load it again after a reboot ?
