I keep getting error: Please agree terms and conditions even though I have signed in and accepted them

There are two things to try for this, firstly try logging on here to view your latest bill via your online account and see if it prompts you to accept the terms and conditions, if it doesn't then you will have to contact Sky support as they will be able to help you with this.
