Hi on my sky app it says i have gift from sky of a free movie from sky store,I goto sky store and there all full price

Via the MySky app did you claim you free sky store voucher reward ?

If so did you recieve the email with the code it in that has to be redeemed here:

If you didn't receive the email the code you want is GIFT

Once you have redeemed the code you can select a film from this list as they should display at £0.00:

It says you have activated the reward but you might not have claimed it so you need to do this:

Go here:

www.skystore.com/redeem

And add the code GIFT

Then go here as as long as the films show as £0.00 you can then select your free film:
