Tried this 4 times and nothing is working ?? I have not been able to access on demand for  a week or more ???

I've been without CatchupTv for about a week now.

We're in a pandemic and running out of programmes to watch from live Tv, so we need this working now more than ever.

I've done all the recommended steps and deleted all my 'Deleted' programmes.

I've switched everything on and off.

Still nothing.

My sky was reactivated yesterday but sky cinema is not working

I got mine sorted by ringing the Sky helpdesk.

Turns out my Wifi had disconnected itself from the sky box.

sorry no help at all

My sky box can't find any wireless networks router is working fine

My on demand not working, when I go into box sets or catch up it says to connect my sky+HD box to broadband , lights are all green on my router and my mini connector, still recording programs ok, broadband working, gone through the steps to fix on demand but when it searches for local network it can't find any so what do I do now ? My router is not in the same room as my box so can't connect with an Ethernet cable and also done the check for problems thing and it says everything is ok, completely puzzled !

still cant get hooked up to broadband or get catchup followed directions but useless information sky dont care as long as you pay your money

I have tried to reset On Demand but keep getting the message 'no local network'

Catch-up TV etc not working. I've tried rebooting everything, but I still get the message 'You do not have the Sky+ entitlement' which I do, as I've paid enough for it!!! 😖

Ever since the communal satelite issue in November 23 and set box command for me to change settings on my sky+HD box i have had issue after issue. I can no longer record and watch another channel. I was told they don't send engineers out for my box, i can't get sky Q due to the communal satelite and sky won't put a satelite on my balcony. I don't want sky glass simply because i had just brought a TV last year and the streaming doesn't record. So i have an obsolete box and package, but they want me to still pay the full price! And prices have gone up to add more insult.

I cancel the broadband and went with another supplier at a much better deal.

Only when i went to cancel the TV package, which is the basic one, i was given a deal to drop down to £22. I had asked for a reduction before because of the lack of service i have been getting for the past 5-6 months but nothing until i said "cancel" and i have been a customer for 22 years.

Now i can't even connect my new wifi to the box and all the calls i made for help for this was met with being passed from one operator to another, not one of them able to help. This was just a waste of time and got me nowhere. So only option is to cancel everything

If i can't record and watch another channel, and connect my new wifi service to the box what is the point of keeping this service after 22 year. So when i asked to cancel I was kept on hold for 25/35 mins on 2 occasions until i hung up.

Your services is no longer fit for purpose and i am out. So get ready to cancel my account and refund the credit on my account.
