Hi my niece has gotten hold of the sky remote and purchased a film without my permission, how am I able to get this taken off my bill?

Rental or purchase ? 

If you haven't pressed play on a rental - even for a second  - don't !

Then you won't be charged for it 

Do you have PIN on purchase activated in parental settings ?

Probably better in future to post a question in the Sky store forum

Hi 

We do have a parental pin in place, however she is 9 years old and the pin is written on a sticker at the side of the box, it was a purchase not a rental and I cancelled downloading straight away and havent watched it. With the current coronavirus situation I am unable to speak to anyone over the phone, so was wondering how I stop this from being put into my bill

I need to cancel parental control, I don't want a pin, I've forgotten the pin already. I don't want to have this on my sky glass, NO parental control how do I remove it? Each time I try I get the pin wrong, then get timed out for 10 minutes at a time.

You will need to reset your PIN as described at the top of the page here - then you can choose whichever parental setting you prefer

I'm in a train so can't get a good enough signal to check the links- but I noticed that the first post on this thread is a guide to how Safe mode works and in an earlier post I gave details of a link on how to reset your PIN

I hope they still work but LNER wifi is not playing at all today
