From 23 August, Sky Q customers can sign up for Disney+ on Sky Marketplace.
The sign-up journey will be the same as it is for Sky Glass/Stream. This will make it easier for you to manage all your app subscriptions in one place.
You won’t be able to add Disney+ to your account online as you do now. If you need help getting started, click here for the sign-up instructions.
Please note: Sky will be contacting any customers who have signed up for Disney+ before the switch but haven’t activated their account. They’ll be given a window to do that – if they don’t, we’ll cancel their Disney+ subscription. We can’t offer any refunds to customers who signed up for Disney+ but didn’t activate their account.
Anybody who added Disney+ to their Sky TV account before 23 August will continue to see their subscription show on their Sky bill.
Customers who sign up on Sky Marketplace will be billed separately.
