Hi, I have been using Sky Stream for a few weeks now and since last night i keep getting the message 'you cant watch this where you are right now', i have reset passwords, reest the TV settings and WiFi and nothing is happening, all the other apps on the TV work but not Sky, anyone know what i can do as there is noone in Sky to talk to over the weekend!

@Rebecca2101 who's your ISP? Because it sounds like your IP address could have changed and the current one isn't recognised as being in the UK or are you or anyone in the house running a VPN?

Uk specific IP adresses sometimes become scarce and an ISP will use up addresses that are not exactly UK specific
powering down your router for a few minutes should force a new IP address to your router and hopefully solve the issue

I'm having the same issues on both my sky pucks. I can't watch sky but I can use Netflix and Apple apps etc. On Starlink.
any solutions? Have done reset and all the usual

Aside from the suggestion in the post above yours, there really isn't anything else to suggest.
This will happen if your ISP has assigned you an IP that isn't within the UK.

@Martin114 it's possible that Starlink has your address location as somewhere in Western Europe but not specifically the UK which would explain why Netflix etc is working but not Stream and that's a UK/Eire product. You'll need to contact Starlink for a fix or look through their user forums for further help.
