when I first joined sky stream it took ages to get signed in to all my favourite channels.It worked for a while but now i am being told to sign in to channels that I have previously used. Now I can watch them but I prefer to stream as i can zip through the ads.(at extra cost) But it will then tell me to sign in when it is already in my playlist.

Hi @Marilyn82
Can you provide some more information? I've had glass and Stream and not needed to sign back in to anything other than Discovery+ and Apple TV+ which sign out periodically (seemingly for security).
When you add something to a playlist on Stream, it either cloud records or for certain broadcasters (mainly BBC, ITV, and C4) they don't cloud record, but act as a pointer to the respective broadcasters online service.
Have you previously signed in to iPlayer, ITVx etc? Also bear in mind that these apps aren't sky apps, they are designed and maintained by the respective broadcasters.

@Marilyn82 please post your reply here rather than messaging direct. That way other members of the community will able able to see and assist also. Remember we are customers here too not Sky support so only active in my spare time.

@Marilyn82 I don't know if Discovery + is one of the offending Apps but every few months it asks me to sign back in, I have always assumed it is after Discovery have updated their App. It happened again about a week ago.
