@Mutley5769NJM Sky should send you a little flat pack returns box via Royal Mail that should contain inside a little sticker with the returns address on it that you can just put on the box tehy sent.

@Mutley5769NJM As per the other responses but when I cancelled and had to return some  Sky equipment the returns box took about 7 weeks to arrive.

Also you should get sent a text/email from Sky when they have dispatched the returns packaging. If you did and it didn't arrive within 5 days its probably lost in the post, but you can also phone Sky and ask them to dispatch another returns pack.

@MarkGoldsmith I'm sure you are right but I never got any notification.  The boxes just turned up to my old address one day and the new owner called and I collected them.

Interesting, i know quite a few people have said they received notification but nothing shows up either and i've always been a bit suspicious as surely the royal mail can't be losing these boxes that often 😀.

I think i've just been lucky with my recent engagement with Sky and returning equipment where absolutely nothing has gone wrong at all.
