im trying to place an online order for a sky package as a new customer (have been one previously)
everytime i complete the order form and get to the end to place order same message appears time after time "there is a technical fault please try again"
do sky not want my business or maybe their systems recognise past customers and we are penalised for leaving previously

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@stuartblanshard you only qualify as a "new Sky customer" after 18 months. Where the online system wont co-operate give Sky a call.
