You will need to follow the steps outlined here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/power-issue-help-sky-glass-sky-stream-puck

 

Namely the recovery process. If that doesn't work or your not getting power to your puck, you will need to call Sky for a replacement. We are fellow subscribers on then community.

@igiveup5  Sky Glass doesn't have boxes, so which Sky Box do you have?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
