I have done all the trouble shootining steps on steam, now this used to work no problems but the Puck was off for a few months.

1. reset the puck and paired the reamote.

2. checked the firmware on the monitor all upto date

3. still no sound?

I do this thats this has to be a puck issue, however when I tried this on a LG tv the sound came thought without a problem.

the odd thing about this is when i set this up it worked on the monitor but now dose not wan to work at all.

Check the audio output format in the puck

A monitor is less likely to support DD etc - set to pcm

Otherwise reset the audio settings on the monitor and check the volume
