sky puck keeps updating and restarting, any advice?

my new sky puck was stuck updating, I followed instructions and now it seems to be in a loop of updating, restarting, updating etc

Any ideas anyone?

Hi @cris9  I don't know what you were instructed to do but if I was in your situation I would temporarily connect the puck to the router via Ethernet and unplug the puck at the mains for a few minutes.  When you plug it back in go through the setup again and hopefully it will then setup and update correctly.  After it has finished you can revert back to WiFi if you wish.

Thanks for the advice, will try to get my hands on an ethernet cable and try my luck; we just moved from overseas and are living out of suitcases, and by the grace of IKEA...

In the end just disonnecting the puck overnight did the trick, thanks anyway for helping out!
