Sky Stream, where you've posted, doesn't work with a satellite dish. Do you have Sky+? Or Sky Q?

@Murphy6050  Not a Sky Stream issue as Sky stream does not  work over satellite, it sounds like you have either Sky+HD or Sky Q.
