random netflix account linked to my sky stream

Hi all,  tried to access netflix tongiht on my Sky Stream to find a completely radom spanish account there.    cant get into any user as they are all passworded, and cant see an option to swap accounts.  any ideas??   would quite like my account there haha

That's the sign your Netflix account has been compromised. It's unfortunately quite a well known thing.

the best thing you can do is to contact Netflix who should be able to guide you through exactly what to do.

its an account that sky took over when i went to a new package...will that still be netflix to sort?

So tried Netflix....

they say as i'm logged out and the account now logged in is passworded, I will have to get sky to remove the account from my package adn re-add it.        guess ill try sky in the morning.  thanks all

I'm not sure that's 100% correct, Netflix would need to update your Netflix account and unlink it from your Sky account, then you would be able to relink your Sky account to a Netflix account. Sky don't have any control over a persons Netflix account, all that happens when you link a Sky account with a Netflix account is that it tells Netflix that Sky are taking over the billing do the account which stops Netflix charging you for it.

Same thing happened to me, I rang Sky and they cleared the Netflix account that was on my stream box and I was able to sign in.
