"You are not subscribed to this channel"
Hi all
Sky Stream here. Two pucks. Whole Home is active. Account is current.
My non-primary puck started displaying variations of the message "you are not subscribed to this channel" this past weekend after a power outage. Happens on pretty much every channel - BBC, ITV, C4, C5, etc.
I have re-started the puck. Completely reset the puck. Checked the ethernet cable to the router. No dice. The only time I can successfully choose a channel is immediately once the puck has restarted and it does stream with no issues. Changing channels after that point yields the blue screen of death. I have seen other threads on this issue but they're all closed and locked with a Sky rep saying engineers have restored service to Stream. The "My Sky" section on the device even shows the pucks and Whole Home as "Active" as does my profile on the Sky site. There are no warnings or messages on my account.
All other services and apps work as expected. In an effort to not get ping-ponged between different call centres abroad I'm wondering if anyone might be able to offer assistance.
