i have been with sky tv for 5 month and all i have had is hastle and abuse from sky advisors, it freezes or pixelates, or pictires goes blank and now for a week the tv pucks are saying i need a subcription even though i have one, and sky are saying i still need to pay for it even if i dont have tv, i dont think so, and the technical side is usless i ask 1 advisor what can they do n they said nothing what do u want us to do and then hung up on me, its a blooidy joke, worst tv service ever.
i will be going to ofcom and the ombusman

If your bill is more than 56 days in arrears, Sky may cancel your service completely.

i dont pay for something i dont have, i havnt had any sky tv for nearly a month now, jsut comes up i need to have a subscription wich i already have and no advisor is willing to help.

I understand the frustration but not paying doesn't give you any leverage and just puts you in breach of contract. Sky won't help you while that persists.
Nobody here can help with this, I'm afraid.
