hi i ordered sky stream yesterday over the phone and was told my eqiupment would arrive today however i have no tracking number and the sky order tracking page just says awaiting activation . does anyone have any help for me to be able to find out whats going on with my order ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Mattjw781 Unfortunately my advice would be to phone Sky to discuss the matter. When you receive the Stream you will have to activate it which is what the awaiting activation refers to.

I'm facing the same issue, ordered stream yesterday 24/03/23 and the next morning it still only states (Activation Due)

I did the same about two weeks ago, the MySky app doesn't update that quickly but I got emails confirming dispatch and tracking details directly from DPD. I was told it could take 2-3 days but recieved my equipment the next day - I called up to order at about 1pm (I'm assuming there is a cut-off point for next day delivery).
